Vaskovs'kyj R. Activity of the Directory of UNR (November, 1918 - April, 1919)

Analysis of political activity of the Directory of Ukrainian National Republic from November, 1918 prior to the end of April, 1919. The purpose: an integrated investigation of the Directorian internal and foreign policy, all bloc of the factors which determinated the essential tendentions of its functionning. The methods: ascent from concrete to abstract, historical, logical, historical-genetic and problematically-chronological. The activity of the UNR's government was comprehensively analysed, the process of forming the supreme republican power; the main directions of Directorian foreign policy at that period were considered; the causes, essence, results of the governmental crisis at first half of 1919 were revealled. It is planned to usage of results for investigations concerning history of the Ukrainian revolution 1917-1920 years, problems of the State building and also during lecturing course of history of Ukraine at Higher Educational Establishments.Efficiency of implementation: revaluation of the Directorian role in Ukrainian revolution.
