Determined that vena cava inferior is developing as a result of complicated transformation of vitellineme-senteric venaes system and a system of anastomoses between postcardinalis, subcardinalis, supracardinalis venaes. The vena cava inferior trunk begin it's development with formation of cranial part on the 4-th week of embryogenesis. The formation of vena cava inferior parts is going during 5-th - 6-th weeks and vena trunk is completely formed on the end of embryonal period (the end of 6-th week). The final formation of vena cava inferior parts and it's topography takes place during feruses period and in newborns.
