Real investment projects on commercial level. Collaboration of the methodical tool kit for evaluation the economic efficiency of investment projects with regard to economic factor and system of corresponding indexes. Methods of research are system, structure and statistic analysis. Economical-ecological methods of investment project evaluation with regard to the risk of over the limit contamination are collaborated. Practical result is the calculation of inner economical losses in process of defining investment efficiency that let to consider consequence of contamination from investor's point of view. Methodical recommendations on investment activity efficiency regulation, implementation is planned. The sphere of use is investment activity.
