The object of investigation - a complex of historical caucus which shows the activity of Central Rada and the concluding Brest peace treaty. Menthols of investigation of historicity, objectivity, scientific approach. Practical results and novelty: the limits of Brest policy were extended; the parameters of foodstuffs and ran material export from Ukraine were defined ; the importance of Brest peace Concerning the interests of Ukraine was shown. Subject and degree of introduction. Main trend of Central Rada foreign policy for further development of historic investigation were defined.
