Koval'ova N. Agiculture Policy of Ukrainian National Governments (1917-1921)

Home policy of Ukrainian national governments in 1917-1921. Efficiency of implementation: revaluation of agriculture histori of Ukraine (1917-1921).The Thesis is devoted to the analysis of activities in the sphere of agriculture policy by national governments in the Ukrainian People's Republic state formation under Tsentralna Rada and Directoria and Ukrainian Derzhava. For the first time in home historiography the integral picture of solving agrarian matter by national governments pro-posed. Used in the work complex approach to the appraisal of internal and external reasons that have had influence on the state of agrarian matter gave an opportunity to determine the main directions and peculiarities of agriculture policy, to retrace its evaluations. Main agriculture reform concepts are determined, role and place of political parties is described, peasant's attitude towards them is analyzed. The Thesis is devoted to reconstruction of the national governments system, the analysis of working out of agricul ture policy as well as reformation of realization mechanism.
