. The dissertation is devoted to the optimization of the treatment of aspirin-induced asthma patients by improvement of laboratory diagnostics, individualized application of pathogenetic medications, proving of safety of the long-term application of inhaled steroids. New method for the diagnostics of aspirin intolerance are being developed. It was shown that application of quercetin and individually selected doses of thymalin increasing efficacy of the treatment. It has been proven, that long-term application of high doses of inhaled steroids increasing indices of bone density, reducing bone fracture risk and risk of cataract development.
