Population of Ukraine. To develop theorist-меthodological base of migration movement regulation of population on the connecting stage. Methods of study: system analysis, statistician- economic, graphic. To motivate principles and approaches to shaping an еffective mechanism of migration movement regulation of the population. Practical results: base of improvements of governing of the territorial transportability of labour potential is created. Offers for optimization of migration movement of the population are designed. Introduced at a rate of State Statistic Commitee of Ukraine, CPFS of Ukraine of NAS of Ukraine.
