Kharenko M. Сauses and forms of pigs' and methods of their prophylaxis

Object of examination: basic and tested female pigs and productive male pigs. The purpose of examination: elaboration of determination criterion of nonfecundity forms, synchronization and stimulation forms in reproductive function of female pigs and productive male pigs with the help of biologically active preparations in order to achieve their nonfecundity and little fecundity prophylaxis. Methods: clinical, morphological, biochemical, hormonal, immunologic. Theoretical and practical results: determination criterion of female pigs nonfecundity forms have been elaborated; they are being successfully used on different farms irrespectively of their properly forms. Follicle genesis stimulation methods and also female pigs sexual cyclic recurrence synchronization and male pigs reproductive function intensification with the usage of biologically active preparations at different pigs keeping technologies have been improved, grounded and inculcated upon production. Novelty of innovation: for the first time d etermination criterion of female pigs nonfecundity forms have been elaborated; the peculiarities of pigs reproduction at different pigs keeping technologies have been established; the influence of prostaglandins upon female pigs reproductive function has been investigated; the approbation of tissue preparations, made of human-being tissues, concerning their influence upon female pigs and male pigs reproductive ability and upon the character of biological and hormonal blood indices changes of tested animals, has been contacted. A degree of introduction: the results of investigations have been inculcated and are being used on special farms and in industrial complexes of Ukraine and on pork-production farms on Sumy region; they are alse being used in studies of "Obstetrics, gynaecology and biotechnics of reproduction" course at Veterinary Medicine Faculty and Zooengineering Faculty at Sumy State Agrarian University; Belotserkovsky SAU and Lviv Veterinary Medicine Academy named after S.Z. Gzhitsky; these results are also included into curriculum of yearly courses for improving veterinarians' and zooengineers' qualification in Sumy region.
