Essay

Thesis dedicates to the problems of pathogenesis, diagnoses, prevention and treatment of dust lung diseases in coalminers of coalmines under warm microclimate. Basic mechanisms of influence upon the development of pneumoconiosis, dust bronchitis, pulmonary emphysema and heart failures in coalminers of dup coalmines were determined. It had been observed that specific heat influence upon the development of pathology was due to the influence upon the compensatory-adaptive reactions of the body among which changes of pulmonary surfactant system and unspecific resistance were the main. The most informative diagnostic criteria were determined, new preventive and medical measures were worked out. The results were instilled into enterprises of health service for the coalminers in coalmines. 6156
