Research subjects: 607 patients with CUSPD. Research objectives: scientific basing of expediency of complex staged programme of medical rehabilitation of patients with CUSPD, who need surgical treatment. Methods: medical methods of investigation of patients with lung diseases; statistic methods. Theoretical and practical results: it was proved, that use of complex staged programme in patients with CUSPD allows to reduce the frequency of postoperative complications, expressiveness of pulmonary insufficiency, number of cases of patients invalidisation, financial expenditure for treatment.
