Khyl'ko M. Ecological policy: substance, structure, implementation (social-philosophical aspect).

Dissertation is dedicated to analysis of ecology as a new paradigm of policy, one of most important means of optimisation of human activity that transshape the nature and of harmonisation of human relationship with nature. It is shown that ecological policy is not just a fragment of authoritative relations, but a complex of means and actions directed to provide a steadfast development and civilisation. The substance and structure of ecological policy are detected as follows: the system of goals, tasks, main directions, means, principles and priorities of ecologically safe development of the mechanism of realisation of policy directed on saving of environment. It is detected that the effectiveness of ecological policy directly depends on the quality of social and cultural preconditions.
