The results investigation and the study of escherichia coli endotoxin (ET) and its receptors on lymphocytes, hemostasis and fibrinolysis in 414 patients with BA. and COPD are given in this dissertation.It was established that intestinal dysbacteriosis in patients with BA and COPD was associated with excessive systemic endotoxinemia in dysregulation of ET specific receptor functions, that creates сonditions for a severe course of a disease, decrease of efficiency of treatment and leads to the immuno-hemocoagulative dysbalance.
