Rudenko M. Theoretical issues of the state interests representation in the arbitrary courts by prosecutor's office

The paper is dedicated to the research of actual theoretical issues of the state interests representanion in the arbitrary courts of Ukraine by prosecutor's office, which is considered to be a complex interdisciplinary legal institution, prespective trend of scientific studies. The issues under analysis are connected with determination of the meaning and structure of the representative function of the prosecutor's office and its realization in the arbitrary legal procedure for defending the state interests. Some peculiarities of the prosecutor's representative legal relations are disclosed on the specific stages of the arbitrary procedure, problematic issues of prosecutor's supervision on legality of execution of the arditrary court's decisions are considered. Organization aspects of prosecutor's activity in participation in the arbitrary legal procedure are characterized, recommendations concerning the improvement of the legislation in force about prosecutor's office and arbitrary-procedural legislati on concerning the issues of the prosecutor's participation in the arbitrary procedure are formulated.
