The thesis is devoted to substantiation of using of n-fatty polyunsaturated acids in pulmonology for broncho-pulmonary inflammatory diseases and accompanied atherogenous dyslipoproteidemia at example of the native medical preparation Tekom. Immunostimulating, hypocoagulative, antiaggregative, antiatherogenous eficiency, positive clinical influence of Tekom were revealed.
