The theory of optimization of anti-pollution activity at the level of enterprise has got further development. New methodological approaches to detherming the cost of environmental sanitation measures. There has been developed a system of criteria for evaluation of the efficiency of environmental sanitation management mechanisms used at the regional level and on this basis optimal mechanism has been developed.
