Essay

In the thesis the theory and practice of education in the environments of protecting guardianship is revealed on the material of Poland. The factors causing obstacles in the modern families' functioning and being the reason of children's orphanage and their settlement outside their own family have been determined, the forms of protecting guardianship analyzed, their aims and tasks, legal and organizing basis of activity and specific features defined. Difficulties in realization of the set aims and positive features of certain societies have been found, which are reflected in a number of researches.The presentation of family and social forms of protecting guardianship has become the basis for the determination of crucial problems within a family activity and guard organization as the two main social institutions, where the process of a child's guardianship and education takes place. The conception of protecting guardianship has been formulated, ways of its reforming in Poland have been well grounded.The basic results, thesis and conclusions of the research can be used in teaching History of Pedagogics, History of Social Work, Guardianship's Pedagogics, also by scientists, social workers in working out scientific bases for modern protecting guardianship in Ukraine and Poland.
