Nyzhnyk V. Regulation mechanism for expenses and labour results in transitive economy

Object of research: labour relations at machine-building enterprises of Podillya region in the context of socio-economic development of market relationship in Ukraine. The purpose of research: theoretical and methodological elaboration of regulation mechanism for macro-, meso- and microeconomical labour expenses and results on the basis of creating the system of its normative and informational securing. Methods of research:economic-theoretical; economic-mathematical: systemic, statistical, correlation-regressive analysis, expert estimations etc. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical, methodological and methodical bases of creating macro-, meso- and microeconomical mechanism for labour expenses and results regulation in transitive economy were substantiated. Automatized system of its normative and informational securing was built. An innovation introduced: for the first time the structural model of labour expenses and results regulation mechanism was theoretically grounded and elaborated on the basis of new normative founded on labour, economic, social and economic-ecological standards. A degree of implementation: the methodical and practical recommendations were used while carrying out six scientific researches for machine-building enterprises of Khmelnitsky region and for determining the priority trends in the program of socio-economic development "Khmelnytchina - 2010". Sphere of use: machine-building and metal-processing industries.
