The system concept of the regional geopolicy - of the new scientific trend of Geography have been worked out.. The main methodological attributes of the new scientific trend were formulated, such as: object, subject, aim, categorial apparatus. There were established and formulated systematic regional geopolitical laws. The notions of the socio-ethnogenetical process. New conceptual approaches to the strucctural reconstruction of the ARC industrial complex have been notified. The concept of geostrategic forecast is offered. The applied methods: comparative - geographical, regioning, structural-graphic, cartographic and mathematical-cartographic modeling. Is introduced into scientific-pedagogical practice.
