Trunova O. Diagnosis and prevention of work related second immune insufficiency in coal miners

The dissertation is devoted to desing problems of changes in immune system of coalminers under influence of different factors of the industrial environment in coalminers and development of organizational and treatment-and-prophylactic measures on immune insufficiency and allergization of their body elimination. For the first time the state of health, immune system and sensibilization of the body in coalminers of different age, occupational groups were studied in complex; risk groups for immune insufficiency and sensisbilization of the body development were revealed; an influence of industrial factors in coal miners upon the immune and allergologic status of the coal miners and as the result of it morbidity with the loss of ability to work was shown. The system of the organizational and treatment-and-prophylactic measures on immune insufficiency and allergization of the body considering the character of industrial factors influence upon the body, risk groups for the immune deficiency development was wo rked out for the first time on the basis of the obtained data.
