Sytnyk L. Organizational and Economic Mechanism of Anti-crisis Management of an Enterprise

Object of the study - the management processes oriented to overcoming the crisis at enterprises. Objective of the study is development of methodological framework and improvement of the mechanism for anti-crisis management of enterprises. Methods of research include dialectical ones, methods of system analysis and synthesis, of structural-logical and economic analysis, of cost management. Theoretical and practical results comprise development of the scientific conception of formation of the effective mechanism and of the system of anti-crisis management of an enterprise; forms and methods of restructuring of enterprises being in crisis state; methodical recommendations on creation of the investment anti-crisis policy, on formation of leasing agreements, on usage of venture financing of the investments; correspondence of possible strategic behaviour of enterprises to the stages of life cycle of the branch (enterprise) and the organizational-management structure of an enterprise has been grounded. The novelty of new introduction consists in that for the first time the functioning mechanism for anti-crisis management of an enterprise has been developed as the subsystem of the economic mechanism, its specific features are determined; the relationship between joint organizational and economic measures and economic parametres of the enterprise state is determined; a conceptual apparatus is added by treatment the categories of anti-crisis management; the degradation of all elements of the labour process and violations in circulation of industrial capital are revealed; a structural scheme of anti-crisis management is developed. Degree of introduction. The main results of the study are used in the work of the Donetsk Regional Department for Bankruptcy, OSC "Donetsk Mettalurgical Plant", the Ukrainian State Company for Restructuring of the Coal Industry Enterprises, the Mine Administration "Donbass". Sphere of application covers industrial enterprises, state bodies for bankruptcy, regional state administrations, bodies of state tax administration.
