Essay

The thesis is devoted to increase of efficiency treatment of the patients with mental and behavioral disorders owing to the use of psychoactive substances. It was established, that progredience of diseases of narcological profile is mainly determined by hereditary predisposition to them. It were developed the multifactor techniques for determination of predisposition to diseases of narcological profile and also for estimation of progredience of their current. The propositions concerning optimization of treatment of the patients with a various level of progredience of diseases of narcological profile were developed. It was offered and tested in experiment the new medicine for antirelapse treatment of dependence from opioids - the long acting blockers of opiate receptors.
