Essay

A state of hemostasis and arachidonic acid metabolites in patientes with cor pulmonale was studed. Omega-3 PUFA can change eicosanoides spectrum in vitro and under clinic conditions. The use of w-3 PUFA in complex treatment by patientes with cor pulmonale was grounded upon base of the clinical efficacy so far of the influence on hemostasis, pulmonary ventilation, hemodynamics, blood gases and acid-base balance.
