In the thesis there have fully investigated the place and the role of market relationship in economic policy of the Bolcheviks Party in the 20-s years of the XX century. On the basis of the analysis of a broad range of sourses and literature there have been shown that economic collapse and political crisis of the early 20-s made the ruling party recede from the communist doctrine and introduce market relationship in the Soviet economy.
