The autor investigates the theoretical, methodological and scientific - methodical principles of forming the sence of justice of pupils at vocational training insitutios from the legal pedagogics position; in the dissertation for the first time: new directio in the modern theory and practice of legal education-humanistic legal pedagogics and its principles are developed; the concept of professional, humanistic sense of justice forming of pupils at vocational training institutions is scientifically proved; didactic requirements to the contents of structurization of legal knowledge in the system "school-vocational training institution", and the essense of differentiated legal training in vocational training colleges with a different professional orientation are determined; the model of the contents of legal knowledge for pupils at vocational training institutons is eleborated; the model of sense of justice structure is developed; activity-valued model of process the sense of justice forming of pupils atvocational training institutions is theoretically proved and experimentally checked up.
