The objects of research: Animal infectious diseases of salmonellosis etiology and salmonellosis specific prophylaxis means. The aim of research: Theoretical and experimental substantiation of necessity of creation, development and practical introducton means of salmonellosis immunoprophylaxis and immunotherapy of salmonellosis. Methods of research: Epizootologic analysis; epizootologic and biological experiments; bacteriologic, serologic, biochemical and statistical methods. Apparatus: microscope, spectrophotometer, centrifuge, refrigerator. Theoretical results: There has been substantiated the necessity of development means of specific prophylaxis and therapy of salmonellosis, improved the existent schedule of bacteriologic research with the purpose of salmonellosis diagnostication, experimentally substantiated and developed methods of manufacture of inactivated subunit vaccine against salmonellosis and method of production of antitoxic and antiadhesive serum against salmonellosis and escherichiosis.The practical results: There worked "Instruction on bacteriologic diagnosis of animal salmonellosis", developed new technologies of manufacturing of animal protection means. The scientific novelty: The novelty of the work has been confirmed by three patents. The degree of inculcation: "Subunit inactivated vaccine against animal salmonellosis" (TUU 46.15.561-2001), "Antitoxic and antiadhesive serum against animal salmonellosis and escherichiosis" (TUU 46.15.564-2001) "Sorbover" (TUU 46.15.411-1999).
