Kosyuta M. The problems and ways of development of prosecutor's system in Ukraine in terms of formation of democratic legal state.

Given doctorate paper focuses on a number of issues related to determination of prosecutor's system law status as one of the guarantors of law and its status in the sphere of state administration. It is considered to be an independent branch of state administration but in future it can acquire an autonomy of control function and prosecutor's supervision in the sphere of state administration. Doctorate thesis presents some peculiarities of interaction between prosecutor's system and other structures of state administration. The given paper substantiates the necessity of preservation of multyfunctional character of prosecutor's system and presents proposals for improving methods of legal regulation of prosecutor's supervision, prosecutor's and judicial representation, supporting maintenance of prosecutor's accusation. Given paper analyzes legal norms of prosecutor's system and their content and also offers special proposals for guaranteed realization.
