In the dissertation scientific and practical peculiarities of forming of human capital under conditions of transitional economy are studied, theoretical and methodological basis of evaluation of educational and professional components of human capital are developed, new approaches in calculation of efficiency of investments in education and professional training. Influence of human capital accumulation upon stabilization of social-economic state in Ukraine was researched, prognosis of reproduction of human capital was done.
