Essay

Object is the cognitive basis of the basic tendencies analysis of development of modern education in a context of a socio-cultural transformations. The aim is to define of the social and paradigma-cognitive's determinant of modern education development on the basis of the system philosophical analysis of education in domestic and world socio-cultural contexts. Methodology - philosophical, social-philosophical and philosophical-educational. This research work is aimed at definition of social and cognitive nature of new philosophical paradigma of a national system of formation in a context of becoming of philosophy of education as independent branch of knowledge and definition on this ground of principal directions of conceptual usage paradigmal positions of philosophy of education for reforming the pedagogical theory both educational practice and realization of social reforms in Ukraine. It is substantiated, that modern educational paradigma is the basic subject of philosophy of education as independentbranch of knowledge and methodological basis of realization of educational reforms. It is rotined, that the contents of educational reforms is the becoming new educational paradigma. The directions of implementation of paradigma for practical influencing on process of educational reforms are designed. Spheres of usage are the to teach and bring up process and training courses.
