3. The object of the study – Teschen disease, Aujeszky's disease, classical swine fever, bovine leucosis, trichinosis and methods of laboratory diagnosis of these diseases. The purpose of the work – to substantiate theoretically and experimentally, to develop procedures of production of diagnosticums for classical swine fever, Aujeszky's disease, enteroviral encephalomyelitis ( Teschen disease), bovine leucosis, swine erysipelas and trichinosis, to determine diagnostic value of the procedure, to produce diagnostic kits for enzymoimmunoassay and to introduce them into veterinary practice. Methods of the study – epizootic, clinical, pathological and anatomical, bacteriological and serological, chromatographic, electronic-microscopical, statistical. The scientific novelty of the work – on the basis of performed studies for the first time in Ukraine the procedure has been developed, theoretically and experimentally substantiated, of the production of diagnostic kits for classical swine fever, Aujeszky's disease, enteroviral encephalomyelitis ( Teschen disease) in pigs, bovine leucosis, erysipelas, trichinosis in pigs, using enzymoimmunoassay. Using ELISA extensive diagnostic investigations of pathological material from sick animals have been performed. High sensitivity, specificity of test-systems and full accord between the ELISA – results and the existing laboratory methods have been shown. A highly technological procedure of purification and concentration of classical swine fever, leucosis, Aujeszki's disease, Teschen disease viruses using adsorption and gel chromatography on microporous sorbents has been developed, active immune sera, immunoperoxidase conjugates for ELISA have been obtained. The scientific novelty has been confirmed by three patents for invention. r the first time in Ukraine enzymoimmunoassay for vital diagnosis of trichinosis has been developed. Diagnostic kits for ELISA have been developed and approved. The main results of the studies have been adopted in production, practical work of laboratories of veterinary medicine.
