Essay

The dissertation deals with the theory and methodology of pedagogical control of primary school children playing activity in extra curriculum educational process. The key points of the concept of pedagogical control of primary school children playing activity are highlighted as well as the research organization and preparation of educators for primary school children playing activity control since the knowledge and skills are the factors directly affecting the productivity of primary school children play. The psychological structure of playing activity of primary school children is clarified, the psychological model of creative play is made. Primary school children play forms are classified. It has been found out that the specific features of children national games are as follows: unidentified authorization, variability, verbal preservation, passing from older children to younger ones etc. It has been proved that children's national games are related to ancient customs and rituals which account for their considerable potential for the settlement of the problems appearing in extra curriculum educational process. Among those problems are the ones connected with forming speaking skills in Ukrainian language and introduction of primary school pupils to Ukrainian culture with the aid of playing activities. The methodology of creative play control and that of 6-year-old 1-st grade pupils playing activity control in extra-curriculum educational process were proved experimentally as well as the methodology of forming their speaking skills in Ukrainian, the introduction of children to Ukrainian culture through playing activities.
