Results: grounded that concept's "humanity" development process is depicted by spiral model, that is formed by two types of isomorphic convolutions which differ from each other by the ratio of empiric and rational in concept's "humanity" comprehen-sion processes; revealed that concept "humanity" at the first convolution of its development before mature idea passed through 8 stages. All the other convolutions belong to another type (with the dominant of rational at concept's "humanity" comprehension process); current state of hu-manity phenomenon development is characterized by the fact that its reflection i.e. "humanity" notion has just passed the first convolutions of abstract transformation: from quality (empiric shaded "humanity" notion close by meaning to "humankind") to quantity (now presented by basic indicators of sustainable development), and then to measure and further to self-development; revealed and analyzed following peculiarities of concept's "humanity" functioning in modern consciousness: gap between every-day and theoretical levels of modern consciousness; mov-ables between the volume of humanity notion; causes of humanity concept's genesis defined by rules of the "I-WE" identities spectrum development; presence of three anthropologic turns that significantly change the structure of "I-WE" identities spectrum and relatively the meaning of concepts "human being " and "humanity"; on the basis of social data analysis the level of presence of global iden-tities elements in everyday consciousness was defined and grounded the assumption that within the Universe that globalizes the biggest social community becomes the dominant item of the Earthers survival next to traditional items (family and nation). Novelty: proposed the concep-tion of humanity phenomenon development, resolved the problem of theoretical reconstruction of humanity con-cept's development process, revealed the structures and rules of this process, content of humanity concept and peculiarities of its functioning in modern consciousness were revealed as well. Field of use: in process of research, in process of study.
