Essay

The thesis deals with genetic aspects of sexual development delay (SDD) in adolescent boys. It has been proved that SDD is a hereditary-determined disease. The work substantiates of genetic factors importance in SDD formation in boys of pubertal age. The features of immunogenetic, cytogenetic and dermatoglyphic parameters allocation in boys with SDD. The algorithm for SDD prediction in adolescent boys was elaborated and high effectiveness of the suggested criteria for the disease prognosis was determined.
