Sea transport fleet operation with consecutive voyages. Effectiveness increase of the industrial and economic activity of the fleet by elaboration of the theoretical base, providing methods of fleet organization and operation with consecutive voyages. The system approach, general management theory and project management methods, the methods of the valuation based on the analogues, goals decomposition, economic-mathematical modelling, information flows analysis and factor analysis. Generalized and stated in the further developing theoretical theses on the shipping organization forms, that allowed to determine distinguishing features and characteristics of the cargo carriages and fleet operation with consecutive voyages. Basing on the concrete definition of the components of the transportation process the conditions of the rational fleet operation organization were stated, interrelated succession of the tasks was formalized and examined, that takes into account these conditions more than the ones known.The analysis and synthesis of the commercial provision of the carriages allowed to determine the requirements to the contract grounds of the relations between shippers and shipowners, shipowners and agents, and also to the requirements to the grounds of payments for the services provided, that are more complete in reflecting the interests of the parties of the transportation process than the existing solutions. The idea of creating of the science grounded operation system is extended to the sphere of the fleet operation with consecutive voyages, at that the meaning of the functions of planning, regulation, registration, control and analysis was elaborated by way of solving the corresponding tasks complex. As a showing of the effectiveness of the fleet operation with consecutive voyages the total profit for the stipulated period was generalized and formulated.
