Immunogenetic factors of chromosome and monogenic hereditary disease realization in human offspring established. Parents possessing A10, B40, B51 HLA I-class antigens, HLA II-class DQA1 *0301 allele and those, presenting signs of autoimmune thyroiditis are of high risk of chromosome pathology manifestation in their offspring. Phenotypic signs of cystic fibrosis depend upon TRBM-genotype and DQA1 gene's allele distribution.
