The object of research: functional state of cow's organism, new - born calves, young live - stock of 7-8 months of age and bulls - breeders depending on the influence of unfavourable technological and ecological factors. Purpose of research: studying of interior peculiarities of cattle organism of Black - Spotted breed under the influence of combined action of unfavouerable (ecological, climatic and technological) factors of environment, exterior indices and productivity of animals. The efficiency of parenteral injection of trivitamines to animals and correction of rations with polisalts of microelements, and also the level of endogene intoxication of organism. Methods of research and apparatus: were used statistical zoohygienic, zootechnical and hematological methods of research. Physical and morphological indices of blood were determined thanks to generally recognized methodics. The concentration of methhemoglobine were determined by the method of Evelyn and Malloy, non - organic phosphorus by the method of Fisce Subbaroy: sorbic ability of erythrocytes - by the method of A.A.Tochajbayeva; carotene - by the method of Kar - Price in Judkine meditation; glucose - with the help of diagnostic set "Diagljuk"; correlation of protein fraction - by the method of Olla and Mc Kord in meditation of Karpjuk: seruloplasmine - by the method of Revine; cholesterine - by the method of Ilka; DA- reaction - by the micromethod of Larskyj; ZST - by the method of Litvin and Kunkel; lobality of protein of blood plasma - by the method of Veltman. Theoretical and practical results and novelty: it was carried out complex studying of hygienic conditions of keeping, exterior indices and hematological indices which characterize protein, carbohydrates and phosphorus metabolism in live - stock depending on age, season, conditions of feeding, technological and ecological factors, duration of being under the influence of chronic action of radio - nuclide pollution of territory in Western region of Ukraine. It was determined, that usingof trivitamine and polisalts of microelements can't compensate for unsatisfactory feeding and have positive influence only for normalization of some indices of blood. It was also established, that using the preparation "Chloran" with little toxical action for aerosol disinfection of air at presence of animals, is an additional stress factors at unfavourable feeding. It was proved, that reaction of sorbic ability of erythrocytes (SAE) is sensitive indicator of environment state, its using is reasonable for valuation of endogene intoxication of organism under the influence of unfavourable factors of environment.
