Maksimova T. Formation of Mechanism of Diagnosis and Forecasting of Economic and Social Development of the Region

Object of research: processes of economic and social development of regions. The purpose of research: elaboration of theoretical, methodological and methodical rules concerning a correcting of directions of economic and social development of regions on the basis of formation and introduction of the mechanism of diagnosis of the achieved level and forecasting of its parameters for prospect. Methods of research: abstract - logic, deductive, historical, formalized methods of the statistical and comparative analysis, economic-mathematical methods, inductive logic. The theoretical and practical results consist in the system approach to the decision of a problem of formation of the mechanism of diagnosis and forecasting of economic and social development of regions in modern conditions: the handling of essence of regional development is profound and the forms of its exhibition are systematized; the diagnosis-correcting concept of maintenance of economic and social development of regions is determined and theoretically proved. The theoretical conclusions are lead up to a level of the concrete recommendations. The methodical rules and offers concerning measurement of stability of economic and social development of regions are accepted to practical use by Council on study of productive forces of Ukraine NАS of Ukraine; are used by regional bodies of state and local self-management: Lugansk regional state administration and administrations of areas of Lugansk region; during teaching disciplines " Disposal of productive forces and regionalistics", "Management of regional development", "State regulation by economy". The scientific novelty of the received results consists in elaboration new in domestic regionalistics of the complete scientific concept of formation of the mechanism of diagnosis and forecasting of economic and social development of regions. The new approaches to an estimation of influence of major factors on stability of economic and social development of regions are proved. The model of an estimation of efficiency of regional development is offered; the methodological bases of measurement of stability of processes of regional development are determined. Sphere of use are the scientific establishments on a description of scientific work in sphere of research of disposal of productive forces and regional economy; the executive bodies of authority, regional state administrations, branch bodies of management; local bodies of self-management; higher educational institutions.
