In the research modern anthropological peculiarities are determined, the anthropological role in the humanism of pedagogical process is discovered: culturological, socio-psychological aspects of anthropologism as the educational factor are determined; the pedagogical experience of anthropological approach realization in humane oriented innovations is analysed; realization principles and criteria of pedagogical anthropologism in these innovations and teacher's training are determined.
