Begma V. Strategic management of export production of military purpose and dual utilization in context economic security of state.

Dissertation is devoted to theoretic-methodological and applied questions of strategic management of export production of military purpose and dual utilization. In the dissertation were determined the place of the military and technical cooperation in the system of economic security of the state, analyzed the state of the world market of armament and defence technology, defined principles of strategic management of armament export which are based on estimation of export potential of the state military-industrial establishment and environmental analysis. There were also determined methods for restructuring military-industrial establishment of Ukraine, first of all by privatization of military-industrial establishment units and keeping it within the necessary national security rate and secondly by taking into account their competitiveness on the world market of defence technology during the development of the new armament units.
