Essay

Object -Pasteurellosis of swine, etiologic structure, antigens and their features, methods of constructing of diagnostics, technology creation of polyvalent cure of specific prophylaxis. Methods - epizootological analysis and experiment, biological experiment, bacteriological, serological, biochemical, immunological, statistical. Novelty - the etiopathogenetic value serotypes P.multocida 10:Д, 3:Д, 6:В, 3:А, 2:Д, 5:А, 1:Д, 7:А is trained at the diseases on the Pasteurellosis of pigs of different age groups in the pig farms, low preventive efficiency of commercial antipasteurellosis vaccines is set in relation to the germs of serotyps A and D P.multocida. Definite role of Pasteurella vector at the pigs of serotyp A and D P.multocida. The cultures of the P.multocida types A and D are presentation as national referens-germs (Рatent №2003032465 and №2003032464). The exposed dependence of virulence and imounogenic propertys of the P.multocida types A and D from biochemical properties of superficial and somatic antigens. In making of red body-diagnostic method red body is compatible with conqugat-matters. In technology creation of a new polivalent vaccine the P.multocida types A and D using, selected in Ukraine, and dominant in the husbandry cultures of Salmonella and Escherichia. As results - the system of gigienic and prophylactic-health antipasteurellosis measures is improved, where the extended notions are about the germs, features of diagnostics, more in detail the trained sources of germs of infection and factors of its transmission.
