In dissertation the syndromes peculiarities of no hospital pneumonia with the prolonged course are given. The changes in immune response, protective barrier of mucous membranes of respiratory-ventilation tract, systems of lung surphactant and hemocirculation and fibrinolysis depending on the course and degree of severity of no hospital pneumonia are given too. The pathohistologic changes of lung tissue depending on the variants of no hospital pneumonia are shown. The questions dealing with the progress of therapeutic efficacy of pathogenesis treatment in patients with the prolonged course of no hospital pneumonia and with the prescribed differentiated treatment inducing erbisol and lipin are described. His high efficiency is shown in normalization of the cooperation process of lymphocytes subpopulation, systems of interleukins, endogen interferon's, lung surphactant, the system of hemocirculation and fibrinolysis, local protection of mucous membranes of respiratory-ventilation tract in patients, the lowering of treatment duration and the possibilities of complications of prophylaxis.
