The dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical methodological and applied problems of advancing in use and protection of lands by creation new market agricultural structures on a steady progressing basis of land tenure. System research of scientific bases on new system of land tenure forming in market conditions is carried out, the substantiation of theoretical methodological approaches of land protection from degradation processes at transferring to market conditions is profound. Theoretical bases on essence and methodology of crisis ecological phenomena in land tenure are proved. System methodological approach to essence and roles of conservation the degradated and unproductive soils of arable lands at forming land tenure in market conditions and creation of resistant ecologically balanced agrolandscape is designed Theoretical bases of land tenure essence in market conditions are profound.
