Object – process of formation of a social - ecological policy on maintenance of environmental security of Ukraine; тhe purpose/aim development of theoretical-methodological bases and scientific-methodical approaches to formation of a national environmental policy and maintenance of environmental security of productive forces at different hierarchical levels in conditions of globalization and transformation processes; тhe main scientific results. The structure of environmental security in conditions of globalization and transformation of political relations is offered and determined. The main point of environmental security in the global environment both for world, and for national tendencies of social - ecological development is determined. The essence and complex characteristics of environmental capacity of territory in a context of formation of environmental policy is determined taking into account improvement of methodical maintenance of environment economy. It is offered the newest methodical approaches to definition of environmental losses from emergency.
