Essay

The thesis is the first in Ukrainian historiography study of the political culture of Ukrainian Cossack State Authorities. There is established that these orientations are inside the activity type of the political culture, that is also characterized with readiness to changes, opening, characteristics, which are suitable to the political subject of the Europian civilization. The author comes to the conclusion that seniors of Ukraine-Hetmanschine directed their forces for the maximum widening of ist political separation and subjectiveness by the organization of the Ukraininian socium during the National Revolution politically. They were orientated at the maximum monopoly of the general social functions in the internal political life. Towards the determined tendencies, there is the analysis of the political-cultural elite' orientations in this work according to the political system of Ukraine-Hetmanschine in general, its central, regimental and regional institutions, private place and part in political life. Enough attention is turned to the perception by the seniors of the place and part of the monarch-sovereigner in the political system of Hetmanschine, to the evolution of mechanisms of the receiving of the political decisions in the region.
