Kotlyar Y. Farmers of the South Ukraine during the period of new economic politics (1921-1929)

In the dissertation on the basics of wide circus of historical sources it was researched the interrelation between the government state and people of different nations who lived in the countries of the South Ukraine during the period of new economic politics of Ukraine (NEPU). It was found out psychological mental peculiarities of farmers in the South Ukraine. The complex of political, economic, juridical and administrative actions was analyzed in the state, the main aim of which was using the main sources of agricultural section in favors of industualization and undermining of independence and strength of one person system of economy. It was found out positive lines of bading of economy by the colonists. It was made the analysis of mass reprisals against of the all-social levels of farmers who lived in the South Ukraine. It was proved that farmers showed themselves as organized society, which made its own political organizations. The process of active and passive movements, resistance of farmers in the 20s years was researched. The new economic politic was the attempt of embodiment of the own economic ideal, that based on very long time ago spiritual basics and had the opportunity to go to "new economic regime", to disrespect of individual economy by the corporation and market economic.
