Object: Russian language ads as a manipulative component. Aim: to define and describe the set of manipulative linguistic means in ads. Methods: descriptive, of contextual-situational analysis, complex linguistic method, asking respondents. Novelty: manipulema of contemporary ads is realized in the way of manipulative linguistic play. Field of usage: in the courses of lexical semantics, lexicology, in special courses and seminars,while preparing textbooks and vocabularies.
