In the dissertation the features of agrarian policy of the state in the last decades of its total guidance are examined by society. On the base of the documents and materials first entered in the scientific appeal the explored mechanism of making of its doctrine bases, found out degree of the political-legal, administrative providing of changes on mud flows which followed from them. In light of modern conceptual approaches the certain level has determined and the effectiveness of state protectionism in relation to agriculture has widely showed, in particular to such key elements as own, logistical, financially-investment, skilled and scientific support. Exposed real consequences for industry of present practice of deepening of intensity of transferring of the collective-state-farm system of manage into state property, prevailing of quantitative parameters of logistical support and variant of stimulation and financially-investment support, which contains the funds. On the basis of analysis of political, legal, socio-economic factors the considered changes in social work of village and the done conclusion, that in 60-80th she depreciated substantially. The contradictory character of state decisions in relation to functioning of establishments from the grant of educational and medical services, way of life, infrastructure of village and certain level of their social orientation was shown. Operating approaches of the state to the problems of demography are examined as unwell-off, and practice of ideologization social sphere and socialization of rural way of life as such, that substantially blew up originality, uniqueness of rural way of life.
