Yelnikova G. Scientific basis of adaptive management of educational institutions and establishments of general secondary education.

Object: the system of functioning of various management levels of secondary education in the conditions of educational reform and socio-economic changes in Ukraine; the purpose is: to develop a scientifically grounded and practically tested system of adaptive management of secondary education in educational establishments of the region; Methods: analysis of sources, modeling, forecasting, observation, questionnaires, statistic data processing; Novelty: this is the first attempt of developing theoretical basics of adaptive education management in the region; Results: the following components have been developed – basic qualitative and metric monitoring sub-models of educators’ activity, educational and methodological complex and a corpus of lectures on the fundamentals of adaptive management; Field: general pedagogics and history of pedagogics.
