Shevchuk L. Medical-social basics of use of labour potential in the Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the regional analysis of use of labour potential in view of medical-social aspects. The new direction of scientific research of use of labour potential in a context of medical-social aspects through a prism new paradigm of a science, in particular through a prism new paradigma's of an economic science is developed, the new approaches to forecasting regional using of labour in structure of strategy of socio economic development of regions are offered. The new terminology (socio economic field of region, labour motivation's a field of region, labour motivation's of a wave, medical -social skeleton of territory etc.) is created. The model of the regional analysis and forecast of use of labour potential in a context of medical -social aspects in conditions of transitive economy is offered. The concept of a medical-social skeleton of territory is formulated and are investigated of features of influence of geopolitical and socio economic axes on his(its) formation, the theory of a socio economic field of region and labour motivation's of a field is developed. The strategy regional using of labour are proved at the account of medical -social aspects on the nearest and more remote prospect within the framework of strategy of socio economic development of regions.
