3. Object of research: age-related changes of maximum physical working capacity (PWC) in practically healthy people with a different level of physical activity. The purpose of research: to elucidate mechanisms of decrease PWC with ageing and to develop approaches to increase of the organism’s reliability in the late ontogenesis. Methods of research: clinical, instrumental, statistical. . Theoretical and practical results, novelty of the investigation: the maximum PWC is determined by general influencing of maximum productivity of systems of a hemodynamic, respiration and gas exchange, economy of their activity, maximum capacitance of an energy provision, kinetics of oxygen consumption, oxygen maintenance of load and quality of regulation. The model of a integrated estimation of an organism's functional capabilities is designed. The principles to determination of optimal intensity, duration and frequency of training sessions for elderly people were suggested. The physical training and usageof metabolictherapy, allow to slow pace of age-related changes of the organism and they should be used in the complex of measures directed to the prevention of accelerated aging. Area of application: public health care, medical education (physiology).
