Essay

In the thesis there is complex approach to and investigation of place and role of Ukrainian working class in the development of economy, formation of powerful military and industrial unity during World War II. On the ground of analytical and critical study of wide range of sources and literature, new methodological approach to the analysis of overall questions in manufacturing activities and workers status has been held. Forms, contents, nature and effect of Ukrainian productive forces are exposed as in the field of organization and structural and functional reformation of industry. The contribution if workers into strengthening of fight capability of troops, links between front and back are defined. It's been proved that labor resources of the republic were one of the basic factors in building war-time economy of the USSR and victory over enemy. Contradictions and specific features of workers taking part in providing the function of administrative economy are found out. The conclusion has been grounded that productive result attained in terms of not only by the way of repressive and mobilizing activity of the state authorities, but also by massive contest, preparation of new working staff and worker's participation in organization of working process and administrative production. The activity of state authorities concerning technical norms bringing to order and improving the system of monetary bonus for workers are analyzed. The every day lifetime status of working staff is lighted up, the role of administrative authorities in terms of provision is found out.
